When you feel like you’re just spinning your wheels, counseling can help you gain the traction you need to get your life moving forward again.

Counseling can help you learn how to stop struggling with such difficulties as worry, unhappiness, self-doubt, lack of motivation, loneliness, homesickness, or the pain of loss.

Counseling can help you get unstuck from repeated struggles with yourself and difficulties with others.

In our meetings, you and I will work together to identify the roadblocks that keep holding you back. I will assist you in creating permanent strategies to get past those roadblocks and start living the life you want to live.

I earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, where I also completed a graduate certificate in the study of dreams and dreaming.

I am a certified facilitator of the PREPARE/ENRICH program for pre-marriage counseling, marriage enrichment, and for dating couples who are considering engagement.
