The gift of giving your “self” more of who you truly are, is possible. Sometimes in life, we feel that we have lost our way and can feel empty, sad, alone, vulnerable and unable to rise to greater self-esteem. Sometimes we have faced tough times and have formed behavior patterns which no longer serve our best selves. The journey to find ones’ way, to begin again, can and does happen within the process of therapy. The courage to address and process what is unhappy within oneself, allows for living life from a different frame of reference and the expression of joy!

As a therapist, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to be with and work through what is challenging for you, I deeply listen to all of you, body, mind and spirit and utilize various therapy modalities, including Mindfulness, in our work together. I believe it is important to honor where you’ve been in life, recognize the emotions, work with where you are now and to celebrate your strengths.  As you gain in greater self-understanding and self-awareness, you can make better choices ,  feel more positive about yourself and move towards your goals.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Holistic Health from John F. Kennedy University with additional training in Body-Oriented Psychotherapies. I enjoy working with couples, individuals and children and families.
