Are you tired of just tolerating life?  Allow me to help you live more actively and fully by creating harmony and balance so that you can take charge of your life. Through self-exploration you can become aware of all the options that life has to offer so that you can enjoy this journey called life. I provide non-judgmental exploration into the lives of clients and look at the whole person mind, body, and spirit. By focusing and building on each area, a balance is created and soon the awareness of personal options can be revealed and utilized.
